Lemon Verbena / Lippia Citriodora
Cultivated since ancient times, the Lemon Verbena is a fragrant flowering plant known for its therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, digestive and harmonizing. Native to South America, this small ornamental shrub features a light green foliage releasing intense fresh and lemony aromas, especially used to make infusions.
Aromatic and refreshing, the Lemon Verbena hydrosol presents similar virtues. Rebalancing, it is both energizing and soothing. Purifying and anti-inflammatory, it is also recommended for its digestive properties.
