Refund policy

Based on the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 “Terms and Conditions of the Distance Contract”, the customer has the right to refuse the purchased goods and return it to the seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without stating the reason for withdrawal.

You can return the unused product in undamaged, original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product, receiving a refund of all paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you choose to return the product by post, the cost of returning the shipment will be borne by the customer.  

The product must be returned in the original packaging, presenting a proof of purchase.

www.ezoterikabio.lv reserves the right to refuse the performance of the distance contract if the document confirming the purchase has not been saved.

The money paid for the product will be returned with a review within 30 days. If the purchase was paid for with a review, the money will be returned to your bank account upon return of the product.
